Dear Mr. Williams,
It is a sincere pleasure having Mr.
Medlin as the assigned technician to
our account. he is always
pleasant, informative and
professional in his approach to the
air conditioning or heating
challenge at hand.
In addition to the above, it is
apparent that Mr. Medlin's expertise
in the installation of central air
and heat systems is extraordinary.
This was made very clear a week ago
when he worked, along with an
assistant, literally from day light
to dark. And then half of the
next day, he worked alone, to finish
the installation of two, new,
complete central air heat units for
us.
Mr. Medlin has a winning smile and a
humorous whit. he is as we are
sure you know, a one-of-kind asset
to Cypress Creek Air
Conditioning-Heat.
We applaud you insight in hiring Mr.
Medlin and thank you, again, for
assigning him to our account.
We love our new A/C units. We
go outside and just listen to them
run sometimes...have to make sure
they are still there, they're so
quiet.

flower bouquet, which arrive several
days ago. Thanks, too, for the
good service you always give us.
Our new air conditioning equipment
is continuing to operate smoothly as
